These reusable underwear represent both an economical and effective alternative to disposable incontinence products. The Super Incontinence Panties double the protection level of our regular Women’s Cotton Comfort Incontinence Panties, crafted from a soft and silky blend of cotton and poly jersey.

For the most accurate fit, we recommend consulting the provided size chart, as hip measurements should be taken around the widest part of the rear.

Leak Protection: Our panties feature super absorbency capabilities, designed to handle 1 to 2 ounces per small leak, accumulating up to 10 ounces throughout the day.

Feel Like Yourself Again: Designed in a comfortable and breathable everyday full-cut style, these panties come equipped with a discreet, absorbent sewn-in pad. (Model #HDL100)

Durability: Reusable for up to 200–250 wash cycles, each pack of three includes full-cut panties made with a body that is 50% cotton and 50% polyester, while the absorbent pad is composed of 65% rayon and 35% polyester. For care, they are machine washable and dryable; however, please avoid using fabric softeners, chlorine bleach, or dryer sheets. It is advisable to wash the panties before their first use.
